Power Supply: AZZA 700 Watt PSU: (link is to a newer 750W version of my current PSU, but same over all product.) (Note: IMHO, all the best stuff in the case don't matter with out a good monitor, I bought the best monitor I could find at the time that was very high definition and had the best pixel quality/refresh rate for tournament FPS game play in a $250 - $300 LCD, I am no expert, YMMV)

Tower: CoolerMaster HAF 932 Advanced w/ Red led full size tower, fits all form factor motherboards, has 3 230mm fans (front side and top) and a 140mm fan (rear) and 2 USB 3.0 sockets on the front of the case as well as 4 USB 2.0 sockets and an E-SATA and Power connection on the front. As this would help people with future builds (especially people who are kinda iffy on what to put into a computer), I figured this would be the best way to help. So I've seen the picture thread for people's rigs, but no one has started a thread about your computer spec/components list.

I think I know the answer, but I'd rather not guess, so we will wait for M to respond.īasically, you want to know if this Dell/Alienware Liquid-Cooler part will fit not only the Aurora-R5/R6, but also the Aurora-R7 (that originally came with stock Alienware air/fan cooler). Ok good, looks like you found the Dell part (I see your question there). My question is this: would the coolers four mounting screws fit right into the same holes that the current stock air cooler was using? - Or does this liquid cooler have some kind of a backplate that needs to be mounted on the backside of the mobo first like most AIO's?īecause if it needs a backplate that means a whole tear down and removal of the mobo (since Dell didn't make a cut out section on that side of the case to see the back of the board - which would have been nice). I know this thread is a bit old, and I don't mean to "hijack" it - but I am considering adding this Aurora liquid cooling unit to my air cooled Aurora R7 with a non-k i7 8700.
