Mayor of Waverley, Paula Masselos, advised that Council’s exhaustive tender process had attracted a very high calibre of applicants vying to operate in one of Sydney’s most famous locations. Waverley Council has announced the new commercial tenants taking up residence in the Bondi Pavilion when the heritage beachside venue reopens next year.
